I got my arms in the end But still Brad is way too suss for me.
The saddest part (for me) is I was hopin to get the rear arms from him and some other stuff but unless he can sort all this shit out, I aint in the mood for it right now.

I am in close contact with a fella in Mackay who has been waiting for shit for almost 7months. :bad-words:
He seems to claim its his courier thats tryin to rip him off but to my knowledge he used the same courier (supposedly) for my gear as the fella he used in mackay (yet he already had told the fella in mackay that the courier was at fault and a theif).... :?

Let me guess lowbox, he is claiming that Steve Green (the courier) has the item somewhere or something ? ? ?
:bad-words: PM me if you wanna get in touch with the guy in Mackay to take further action.
The only reason i think i got my front radius arms is because I GOT VERY SERIOUS and started making lots of phone calls, and even got abit of investigative work done. I also mentioned that I might have to take a small holiday to perth to visit him in a nice cousy court room. After this i received rapid responses and my arms arrived within two weeks ? ? ? He seem very co-operative and I begun to think maybe he was not at fault. BUT I MUST HAVE BEEN WRONG.

Everytime this comes up I GET REALLY SHITTY. :x I just hope for his sake its an honest fark up ( ) and he isnt just trying to rip everyone off.

Sorry we only deal with TOLL now not Green's transport , Steve and his business went under

Anthony , sorry im away in Tassie should have been back last Friday but had an unexpected drama .

have no internet access and have to drive in Launceston which is a 2 hour drive to nearest internet cafe ...hate this place... but it is work so i can't whinge !

After your vivid description on Outer limits under Rover buildups was emailed to me this afternoon by another board member I would say you would be much better off buying direct from USA from now on as you will find them a whole lot cheaper .We sold all of the droop kits sorry and once again you will find them much cheaper direct thru the USA .
take care Brad .....p.s thanks for the encouraging words on Outerlimits in the Rover section but cant remember you saying you would come for a holiday ????????? , look foreward to reading them on my own PC when home

whats with this brad c guy i know of one other OL member that almost got a flight to get his money back after the so called courier farked something up... then had to wait like 10 years to get his money back.... and it's funny it's the same brad c that got a vurtual flamming for posting crap about a well respected LR dealer in Melbourne for selling stuff that's to expensive.... IMHO this brad c guys give online buying a bad name... I buy heaps online and never had a problem then you hear stories (from reliable sources) and other OL members that make you think twice.... my 4 cents... (sick of hearing about this guy farking people around!!!)

Wow............... Lets all get rowdy.........

BRAD - I always sit around and hope for the better side off people to appear and I have been waiting to get a great better side back from you to order further stuff (you know that, Barry knows that, heck evryone on this forum knows that). I was after pricing from you just so I know how much it is, and wether to take the risk of ordering it from you or to get it from america at 50% more cost to myself.
If i dont have the option of ordering the shit from you well i guess its my problem. I dont really care if I get more shit or not....... But one thing I do get upset about is everytime I here someone mention your name it usually comes along with trouble :? how the fark am I ment to push sales your way when I here shit like this ALL THE TIME.
People ask me were I got my bling bling yellow rovertym radius arms from alot, and at the moment I just say perth and not tell em the name as I dont want them gettin stuck were i was for almost 4months :? I was hoping to one day be able to say 'Brad C (TSR) in perth... great guys to work with and excellent customer service' but I DONT WANNA LIE

a note in general - There is alot of responsibilities that come along with running a business and the first one I think of is customers.....keep them happy and they will keep your business happy........ Keep them waiting for 7 months to get an order of over a thousand dollars from perth to mackay via a courier company that only goes to brisbane and i dont think there gonna be to happy.

I agree with NAM we should (OL members) be able to voice opinions and past experiences good or bad without posts / threads being locked when the truth (good or bad) come out... at the end of the day it's up to the moderators to make a discission but how are we to warn other OL members and guests of problems with certain peoples / places??

Problem is when you don't get both sides of the story and it turns into a big sh*t fight and becomes ugly and defamatory and can cause legal problems.

IMHO the 4x4 community is a small tight nit bunch so if some one starts screwing others then word is going to get out… just read the other forums go to yr clubs and talk to people about experiences they have had in the past… (for me anyway  )

Brad C

Post by Rangee »

Ok guys, i have recently had an indepth email from brad, like a few people here i have invested money in products from Brad, from what he says and i tend to believe him, he has over extended him self in the ordering parts and supplying to people here, then combined with a few weeks where he had no work he ended up with a serious cash flow problem, i am in business and i started my business from scratch, luckly i have people who have helped and prevented me from making this error.
If we all join together we can help Brad to get back on his feet so he can process the orders that we have. I dont think chasing him with a law suite will help anyone, but rather add to our loss.
If you are with me on this let me know, i think we allhave to work together to find a suitable solution, to A get what we all want and B help the guy out, i know he has helped me for free back when i first got my RR and i would like to repay the favour, Through his own inexperience he has let himself down and many of us ... but like a past thread has stated we are a tight nit group of people from all parts of the country and we need to stick together.
Those who are on my side raise your hand.

I am on anyones side aslong as there willing to help each other out.

Rangee - You know I am already trying to help you all. I am obtaining details from everyone that has stuff (and I have almost got it all together) and its in a excel spread sheet, it has all your details and others that are also waiting on stuff from Brad.
You tend to beleive him thats ok I respect that but there are afew people I know that will call bullshit on that :D for all your hope its not and we can sort this out.
I know law suits always make shit abit more indepth but sometimes thats the way it has to go and thats why we have the legal system.

Brad - I suggest you contact Barry and inform him of this situation. You cant keep telling everyone a different story it doesnt work like that. CMON mate lets get this shit together and sorted, then I may be able to order shit from you again.

Cheers
Anthony

If that's the case, count me in. Be cool to hear it from Brad directly though, but it sounds like a lot of guys in the 4WD scene where a hobby starts to become a business and it's a bit trickier than they thought. I figure they all deserve a break, I have got some great stuff from little guys that care about 4WDing.

I don't know much about all the problems some of you have had with these parts so you can tell me to shut up if you want.

But would'nt it be easy'er to go to any 4wd drive shop that makes there own products, mabe not the bigger firms just the local bloke from you're club if there is any and get it made for you're selves.

In my experiance this is not only cheaper but just as if not better than OS company's can supply, and you help out the local industry, most places will do just about anything and if you the first 1 or 2 for you're model they may only charge for cost of materials, sure it may not work as well at first but that's part of the fun, of testing new products.

I personly know people who have done this and are stoked about the savings and being the first to have this on there trucks.

Like i said before tell me to shut up if you want.

it is a good idea to support local shops if we can.
for example- custom bent trailing arms any length 40mm od 10mm wall, solid machined chassis end fitting and gq bush and mount on axle about $300 from cheezy. not a bad deal for drive/drive out.

Well, looks like I am the sucker.

My radius arms have not shown up, and Brads email is bouncing like the account is closed.

Last contact I had with Brad he told me that the radius arms had been shipped to NZ and the courier company was trying to find my street to deliver them. That was over a month ago so I guess the courier ran out of gas in his truck :?

Anyone have some contact details for Brad? Or do I have to use a lawyer? I'd still rather give him a chance to sort it out, but he's not making it easy.
