Fitting PTO to a Toyota Fortuner

Hi,

Have a friend whos's a little loopy about installing a pto to his precious Fortuner.

As we understand the Fortuner gearbox, 2.7 auto, does not have a PTO point. Is there any way a PTO can be fitted? Heard only way was to use an auto box from 90/95 series.
