More areas are available to us in Manilla, so this will be great.
Rocky will also have some new areas as well, this does not include CQ Challenge areas.
Cheers

Really looking forward to this one.
This being the 10th Birthday of XWC a big night is planned for Saturday night.
Dinner will be at Drake Hotel and a shuttle bus for those competitors that do not want to drive is possible.
There will be some great sponsors lucky draws for the Competitors, Supporters & Officials at the Saturday night dinner.
Make sure if you want a cabin or caravan book early otherwise the old swag will be needed.

its only about 4 hrs sth of Bris.. it would have to be over that from N/castle..evanstaniland wrote:its just as far from newcaslte way as it is from Brisbiggsy wrote:Its time for Q.L.D boy's and girls to do all the travelling.
Evan
but its a great park.. realy good for the whole family.. with petting zoo for the kids, a huge country style water slide going down the side of a hill to the dam, a large flying fox & even a seperate area for motor bikes..
The terrain has it all, hills, rocks, mud, good speed sections, ect ect..
The facilities add to its comfort.. its the type of place that MMM has made us travle to for a comp, but now we keep going bsck with the family..

Yep Beaudesert is shorter but if you are towing a race rig it may be better through Warwick, as you only have the Gap to wind up and over and a bit more near the park.frp88 wrote:is the better drive via warick or through beaudesert whereis. com says beaudesert is shorter??
However the other way you have lots of steep windy road and some rough narrow bitumen, and more steep winding road before the park, so it all depends on your own circumstance's.
Your choice!!!!!!!!!!!!

WINCH CHALLENGE
The Lux is still damaged from the last comp where I hit a tree, but will be ready for round 1 at ROVER so I will be there and a couple of other Gold Coasters I think Rod McCraw in the gold jeep will be there and an old sparing partner of mine is getting back into it. That's Garry Wardropper with his son Matt doing the running and he thinks he's going to kick my arse.(He's only driving a GQ Nissan) LAWRIE
If I was a betting man LEXLUX would be my choice and he can't even see past the bonnet.tufftruckin wrote:hahaha talk it up gents! there is 2 month to go and the banter has already started, when the time come, we'll all find out who the winner is!
Rover park is going to be awsome.

Not at the moment. You know what competitors in Queensland are like; leave everything to the last minute. But here are some:-
Lawrie S
Bob D
Christian T
Lynda & aaron W
Gary W
Peter B / Ian H
Matt M
Rod Mc
Warren M
Cris L
I also think we will see several of the NSW guys there as well:- Jason & Cameron Gale plus others. Wait & see.
I would also think that Piglet might put in an entry seem as he has wanted to use his new truck for the last year!!!!!
As this is the 10th birthday of XWC it would be great to see a full field at the new venue.
Saturday night dinner will be at the Drake Hotel.
So please get your entries in and make bookings at Rover Park if you want accomodation.
Cheers
