3.0 V6 = 4.625, 4.875. - 2 different ratios listed?
the gearing on my bundy diff is 4.88 so im hoping the back will be the same?

Sorry. AFAIK, all 3.0 shorties had the 4.875 diff, for a "sportier" drive - I'm fairly certain mine has. I thought that was in the FAQ.95shorty wrote:-Scott- wrote:http://www.outerlimits4x4.com/phpBB2/ftopic34204.php95shorty wrote:how do i work out what ratio my rear diff is? or the easiest way. its a 95 swb 3.0l manual

Yes. If you head over to http://www2.pajeroclub.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=26 Pickle has put together a nice FAQ containing lots of code type information. E05 and D62 essentially means 3.0 V6 5 speed manual.95shorty wrote:E05 D62 does this mean anything>?
Somewhere on your compliance plate should be 4 digits indicating your diff ratio - have a look for 4875 or 4625.
