16 x 10 wheels
ok im having some trouble sourceing some 16 x 10" wheels to suit a jeep wrangler....what would be the best way to get to this size...as in...buy some 16 x 8's and chop them up ....or would it suit to get some 16 x 8's and beadlock them inside and out...that would make the fitting size greater wouldnt it?....im looking to mount some 15" or 15.5" wide tryres...any thoughts? iv phoned a few places about prices on widening wheels but none seam to want to get back to me to fast.
There must be some around... There are at least 3 places in melbourne that do it.
Estimated cost per rim is $40 to $50 unpainted (assuming you supply the rims of course).
Talk to Big Balls Offroad - i'm pretty sure they can organise that kind of order for rims etc.
Cheers.

Just run the tyres on 16x8 wheels beadlocked on the outside. This is what Cheezy has been running for ages (but in a 15") and never had a problem, he says they also bag really well setup like this.
