I got a carby fed 3f, changed dizzy cap to a bosch and no hav no limiter..would it be the diz cap or in the dizzy its-self???

Carby 3fs do not have a rev limiter. Do you mean you have no Tacho?

Rev Limiter on a Carby ?
Would it have to run off the foot Pedal
Manuels= 4wd,cars,bikes,guns,trucks,race cars
Automatics=washing machines,dish washers,fridges

A 3f with a Carb does not have a limiter at all. It will just rev untill it valve floats.
