33's on 2" Lifted 04 Model IFS Hilux

Post by Fmx_Aus »

G'day all,

Has anyone out there fitted 33's onto a new IFS Hilux with only a 2" spring lift?

Wondering if they will rub, scrape etc. Looking at some 33's on 15x8 rims to whack on as a weekend play set.

Any help would be great.

Thanks ;)

you wont find any 15x8's that fit on a new hilux with a usuable offset, and no, the tyre wont fit...you'll need a good 3" lift and still heaps of trimming.

2004 lux is still torsion bar setup, u'll need 2 lift & 2" body lift to fit mentioned tyres. I have an 07 Hilux with 4" suspension lift, 33's on dynamic 15x8 rims on zero offset. :D

Thanks mate. Did you do the body lift yourself? Had any unwanted attention?
