Looking for NH SWB Rock Slider Ideas / Photos

Post by Clinton83 »

I am new to 4X4 and I want to make up a set of rock sliders for my NH GLS SWB.

Has anyone else made some sliders for their SWB, and if possible could I see some photos?

I just want to look at a few different designs to see what I like best before getting started.

Thanks

I ended up making my own, they just bolt around the chassis. These are for a LWB but this design could also be adapted.

These are my rock sliders for my NL shorty. Dont have any pics of them on the car at the moment because I have pulled the shorty apart to paint it.

Thanks Guys, both look pretty good. Would be good to see a pic of yours (Lonnie) when your Paj is back in one piece with the sliders on. I reckon those sliders would look good in Grace Silver to match the GLS garnishes on mine.

Will put some up next sat when I paint the car and re assemble it. I will be painting the sliders the same gold colour of my GLS two tone.

The sliders mount on a 45 degree angle so that you can use them as a step and they dont compromise the ground clearance at all as they sit level with the chassis rails
