"(quote)" I would also think that Piglet might put in an entry seem as he has wanted to use his new truck for the last year!!!!!

Hi Dave, its not my truck, that was preped for production, it was Wallys, I was just going to be his Navi. & we are looking forward to your May event (TEAMS,PRODUCTION,LADIES) at the springs.

I am preping a NEW toy at presant, it will be a production class setup, but I dont have any plans to use it as a winch truck this season, unless im requested to go that direction by my sponsors. a few personal things have forced me to take a step back from competeing for this season. Id luv to be there as a competitor as racing is in my blood, so until all health is restored with my family, we will be there supporting you from the side lines.
cheers PIGLET

:D :D :D

I am pleased to announce that the new Xtreme 4X4 Sport web site is up and running.

Many thanks to Quantumtek for all their support and effort put into the new site.

If you are in business it is well worth having a talk to Peter or Julie from Quantumtek about your web requirements.

It is now up to me to add content.

So in saying that, I introduced a section for Competitors of Xtreme Events in 2009, so guys & ladies make the most of this area, you have been offered a place to promote yourself, so do it.

Just send your favorite photo and all your details and I will add it to the site, this is the chance to highlight your sponsors.

Please include sponsors details and web address & logo's so I can do links to their web site.

Please note that this is only open to Xtreme 4X4 Sport competitors.

Cheers

Heading down to Rover Park on Friday night so I can be early to have a look around for some nice SS for Round 1.

I am really looking forward to this event.

Saturday night dinner at the Drake Hotel is looking good with heaps of give aways (lucky draws) for all who attend.

We will also have 4WDTV, Ashley Lucas from New Zealand 4WD Mag and Desert Rose Photography who are Xtreme 4x4 Sports official photographers.

Will give everyone more updates when I arrive home.

I will be heading down to Rover Park Monday after the Brisbane 4WD Show to do finale set up of all SS.

Come and say hi at the Brisbane 4WD Show, we will have some winch trucks playing on the Outdoor 4WD Course.

Cheers

Not at the moment. You know what competitors in Queensland are like; leave everything to the last minute. But here are some:-

Lawrie S
Bob D
Christian T
Lynda & aaron W
Gary W
Peter B / Ian H
Matt M
Rod Mc
Warren M
Cris L

I also think we will see several of the NSW guys there as well:- Jason & Cameron Gale plus others. Wait & see.

I would also think that Piglet might put in an entry seem as he has wanted to use his new truck for the last year!!!!!

As this is the 10th birthday of XWC it would be great to see a full field at the new venue.

Saturday night dinner will be at the Drake Hotel.

So please get your entries in and make bookings at Rover Park if you want accomodation.

Cheers
David
So dave do we have any more of an update on entrants?
usually Round 1 is one of the biggest!!! Although at this list i will have a great chance of a to[ 10 finish!!!

Now just to finish the car in time :?

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO POSSIBLE BAD WEATHER, DATE HAS NOW BEEN CHANGED TO:-

16TH - 18TH APRIL

I made this change, due to the fact of possible continuing rain and the event being a week before one of Rover Parks busy weekends - Easter. It might have had some effect on their main camping grounds with the possible numbers expected.

If you have made bookings please change them to new date.

Sorry & Cheers

Round 1 ARB

Post by XTREME MMM »

Due to the date change it appears that we may have picked up a few more competitors from NSW.

Also a chance that ARB Tamworth might be bringing out 2 Razors to have a go, (own class).

That is all for now.

See you at the 4WD & Tinnie Show this weekend.

Cheers

Round 1 ARB

Post by XTREME MMM »

Brisbane 4WD & Tinnie Show was fun, thanks to all those that came and showed just how capable the trucks are.

It looks like we will also have at least 3 Polaris Razors at Round 1 for a play.

Entries are coming in (slowly) and it appears it is going to be a good field of competitors even if down on last year.

I think the downturn has just caught up with us now.

The Xtreme format will stay much the same, but if time permits the major change will be competitors (in a group) could have a chance to have a look at the SS or some parts of it.

But to be fair on all Teams, you still will not be allowed to watch vehicles in front compete close up.

Please have a look at the rules as there are some minor changes. If you have any questions on them please contact me on 0418 745 830 or info@xtreme4x4sport.com.au

Cheers
