hilux fuel breather hose??

Post by Turbo Tonka »

hi,my hilux is a 2.8 diesel and whilst under it today the hose from the tank (with a little filter on it i think) has come out of the chassis where it runs in.My question in does that hose just run that far to keep shit out of the line or does it rejoin to a pipe or something in the rail?

Any help would be great,thanks

99% certain the hose you're talking about is just some sort of breather

Its just a breather.
If you fit extended diff breathers, and gearbox breathers, dont forget to fit an extended breather to the fuel tank as well, put it on the opposite side of the filler up behind the cab.
