47 series indicator troubleshoot

just trying to get indicators etc all sorted for rego, but having troubles with front left side. ive got new globes, fuses are fine, wiring looks to be fine. and still doesnt work,
anyone got any helpfull ideas

clean up the earths. is usually high up in order of faults.
to late now but this might get better response in auto electric section

Also check the flasher relay (on inside of firewall, next to accelerator pedal and condition of the contacts in the combination switch on the steering column.

flasher relay is new as well. problem sorted now, it ended up being that the metal frame inside the indicator box is what it earths it self on to and it was dirty as all hell... wd40 = fixed

Dont you mean tempory fix!!!

Clean it up, make it rite
You can get a multi meter for <$20 that will help with other stuff in an older vehicle Keep you eye out for specials about $10 / 12
