Hay any one powder coated or maybe even anodised there high mount bits a peices ive gt mine stripped apart and sanded back just thinking weather to spray powder coat or anodise. can you do this without to much hassel.

SA5 zinc coating would be the best approach, our suspension and steering components are coated in this and tested to 750 hours salt spray .
Powder coating once chiped has zero rust prevention ( if it is not pre zinced)and you are supposed to coat in zinc prior to powder coating anyway.

yea i normaly gal dip before powder coating. are you able to tell me what material the parts are made of if it can be anodized? And any idea on how much and wat dia rope i should run for winch challenge?

Its cast ally. Drum is steel but rope will rub off paint.

Spray paint it.
