(NSW) Woodpecker City V's Country JLW (Rego not needed)

(NSW) Woodpecker City V's Country JLW (Rego not needed)
I wanted to post this up just to let everyone know that we'll be looking at hosting this event on the 12th 13th and 14th of June on the same property used for last years Black Rat Challenge, 20 minutes SW of Mudgee NSW.
While we did have an event planned for this weekend we abandoned plans for it when J10 was announced, now that J10 has been cancelled and replaced by another event we have decided to look into hosting it again.
The main aim of this event other than providing a great weekend for all that attend, will be to raise money for various charities and community groups.
The plans are for a small fairly difficult event with 40 competitors, 20 from Sydney and 20 from the rest of the state and the ACT, it's time to find out who's the best, city or country. (we will save a couple of extra spots for interstate competitors if any are interested in attending)
The event Will be held with the old woodpecker rules and there will be no vehicle classes, just turn up and drive.
This event will be individual entry, you will need to be a club member, but there won't be club teams or any limit on the number of competitors from each club. If it goes ahead I'll email the entry forms to everyone that expresses an interest in competing and we'll be accepting the first 40 complete entries we receive.
4 months isn't much time to organise an event like this, so we need to know how much interest there is in it ASAP, I'll be making sure we can still get everything we need to make it happen this week, and I'll let you know if it's going to go ahead for sure ASAP. Please post up any questions you have, but I'll be away this week and may not be able to answer them till Friday afternoon.
What we will need is some help from other clubs, we'll need around 20 extra people to act as Track Marshals and to lend a hand over the weekend. If you do volunteer to lend a hand you'll be helping us raise money for some good causes.
We'd also like to run a separate event for the track marshals and officials on some easier but still challenging tracks over the weekend.
The entry fee will be around $300.
So i guess I'm asking for expressions of interest from competitors and clubs / individuals who would be willing to lend a hand.

This is the first stage..

COR 4x4 is keen .
40 competitors seems a bit light on though ? as in hard to get in .
you say there is no teams , but rules are like wood pecker where they run 2 cars as a team ? i personaly think the way woodpecker and toperi are run with 2 cars teams are more fun and beneficial in the recovering each other bit .(of course its only the sydney boys that need recovering though )
either way as i said COR4x4 is keen . should be good

what is the max tyres size?
i think there should be a limit as obviously full comp rigs will be running a minimum of 40s and have a big advantage.
We're talking about the best in the state entering here. . . . Are you serious ? You should think before you type.
I suppose you would like The Tuff Truck teams to be on 35's as well.

im sure not everyone like you has 40s or bigger.
no need for an attitude

This event will be individual entry,
Is it individual driver entries or teams of 2 vehicles as per Woodpecker?
