As my mate Pom doesn't have the net at home i will try an explain. he already has a extra cab 2wd hilux, gq patrol diffs, transfer and rb30 for the hilux.
he is 2 minds as to what suspension set up to go as its only for camping and basic wheelin. IMO i think he should just coil it and be done with it, its just as easy for us to do

putting nissan diffs in a hilux with leaf sprins is a pain in the arse, i have GU diffs and if i were going to do it again i would have coiled it.
If it is only for camping and hunting why not lift the 2wd? you can gat 35's on to them easy and with a spool will drive everywhere a pretty standard 4b will go, upside is you can go alot faster and it is a shit load more fun.

Rear is easy just weld on leaf mounts and custom u bolts done it before. But front is the hard part diff pumkinis in the way better to use 80 series up front as the pumkin is in a better spot. then u gta worrie bout ratios. heres my old rear.

the front wasnt to hard, i outboarded the front springs 80mm and used creeper joints under the rail with a 150mm shackle and ifs rears in the front and it all went together pretty well. I also moved the front diff about 160mm forward, still need to fit the front shock towers and shocks.
