Compression test

Post by Chuck Presnail »

H I need to get a compression check on my 81 Toy diesel L non turbo.

MY mech who is the same age as my truck does not have a "Toyota" adapter to fit his diesel compression guage.

What other engines might share the same thread size and should I go through the injectors or the GP's?

Thanks

you go though the glow plugs. you can normally get the adapters from bursons or some are just air type fittings
