LN106R, is, as im sure most know, L series motor in a Hilux (N) long 4wd (106) in right hand drive (R)

the PRMDSQ is
P = 4-speed auto, floor (which i dont think is right)
R = Std (grade, as in dulux, sr5 etc)
M = 5 on floor (which goes against P, so ill dig around for that one a bit more)
D = Dlx (again, as for R...)
S = Carbed
Q = im not sure yet...

i think that P and R stand for something else...

the PRMDSQ is

R = Std (grade, as in dulux, sr5 etc)
M = 5 on floor (which goes against P, so ill dig around for that one a bit more)
D = Dlx (again, as for R...)
S = Carbed
Q = export destination australia

i think that R stands for something else still

the PRMDSQ is
P = 2 door regular cab pickup 4x4 (so cab style)
R = Double Cab Pickup Deck (tray style)
M = 5 on floor (Transmission)
D = Deluxe (Grade)
S = Single Carby (Aspiration style)
Q = australia (export destination)
