i no the first thing that pops to your mind would be a blown head gasket but no it is not it is not lowsing any water or oil but even after a 50km trip there is some sort of liquid coming out of the exaust so it is not condensation either, if any one would have any help full sugestions please through them at me.

the burning of fuel does create water... if your muffler is angled up it will be holding some water inside too. Mine doesnt do it anymore but used to when i had the 1.3L engine. just one of those things =)

could also be condensation in the exhaust

maybe your neighbour doesnt like u much and puts his hose up your exhaust and fills it up with water?
