Id like to say thanks to the organisers and marshalls for running a fun smooth event, both me and goat in toygoata had a ball, just think i need to get a bit fitter, that last stage nearly killed me haha,

and aswell as the zook, team fergy needs a shout out in the lux, they did really well i think!!! well maybe not on the hilldrags though haha,

so yeah cant wait for the next round and the green 80 will be back stronger and hopefully a bit more competitive,
bring on some photos i say

cheers Mosko

a big cheer for davo, brad, brent and all the helpers over the weekend a great job gents (ladies) you did a top job. A good change to have some new land and differant stages, loved it other than blowing another front locker and the bugs.

CHEERS :) :)

Hey all, it was awesome to see everyone getting into the spirit of what we are trying to bring to the CQ & NQ areas. Davo, Dukesy & myself (Brent) would again like to that the competitors, land owners, but especialy the spectators who went a long way to making this event a bit success.
We are going to continue the format that we ran this weekend for future rounds, being GPS, longer runs and at least one technical and tough stage like SS 10.

We will post all the final placings in the next day or so, but the top 3 for each class where as follows;
Open Class;
1. EFS Qld
2. Swamp Donkeys
3. Men In Tights (ARB)

Modified Class;
1. Wild Racing
2. Team Fergy
3. Stocker with Lockers

Round 2 will be held at "HOLDIT FLATZ" property at Cathu, 70km north of Mackay on May 29 & 30.

Watch for the new thread.

Well what a weekend still catching up on some sleep.
I would like to than all the copetitors for there professionalism at the comp.
Would also like to thank our sponsor ARB Rocky , Blackwoods, Bridge street Tyre and Machenicle, Qld Patrols , Qld Cruisers, Thomas Manufacturing.
I would have to say that the spectators were the best we have seen.
Well behaved and a lot of family comming back to the sport. The alcohol
area after 500pm worked. Made the families feel more secure.
Wil have photo's up soon.

What a cool event, Bones and I went for a spin in the work Swift up before lunch on Saturday, stayed a few hours before the thirst for a beer (forgot to take any) got too much. It was really well run and the areas for spectators was great you could see heaps, the food was awesome and the awesome crowd behaviour made for a very enjoyable afternoon.
