I am running Longfields.

I think they are absolutly awesome.

I run 38.5 baja claws with twin cases and flog the ring out of the old girl and have no problems with them.

They cost me $900.00 a pair and are worth every cent.

I now bust inner axles, but only 1 in the same amount of time i would have busted 6 or 7 CV's.

I don't know a great deal about the CORE cv's but Brett (Mr CORE) was running them at TTC and XRCC and didn't bust one!

i believe bretts are 550 a side, and he will warranty them hands down not a problem.

Personally i can get longs for alittle less than adrain said but i think i will be spending alittle more and getting bretts when i have the cash.

Fine so far

But I have only driven at TTC and Woodpecker since they have been in. Since I`ve had the Lux back I`ve been buisy selling the old house and now buying a new one. Haven`t had time to go wheeling. Plus been being a good boy and doing the family thing heeps latley. You see its like this come June I have a min of 1 comp a month untill the end of the year so I need to get all the browny points up with the wife before then.

No they have always been $600.00 but snake dropped his price to $550.00 for longs so CORE did the same.

I just got off the phone from Richard at 4x4engineering.
The C.O.R.E CVs are actually modified FZJ75 series CVs that will fit early cruisers and hilux's and the 75s they are guaranteed up to a 35" tyre and are $550 each. These are brand new NTN CVs that have been heat treated. There a quite a few sets allready getting around with no breakages so far.

PS: The new longfield CVs are only cheap aftermarket CVs that have been modified. Although this is what mine are and i am yet to break one.So this may not be such a prob.

call it BJ, but hypo, cp and cbr will all justify the price i can get them longs for.

the reason i will be getting brett's is the fact that i also want hysteer, so i will be looking at his kit along with rockrods, so hopefully he will look after us if we by more from him.

ben, they will be cheaper now as the australian dollar is better, but they will not get any cheaper, even if we were to by 100 of them, if that makes sense.

i brought boatluxes,

economy air, 7 day total delivery, from leaving door over there to door here, not to bad, i think from memory it was $100 US for air freight? which at the time, ended up being $200 as we were buying 48-51c!!
At the moment, you will get them HEAPS cheaper cause we are buying 56-58c!!
