Draglink mate.

What vehicle?

Put ends in the crossover arms then measure what size rods you need.

Head to a wreckers and match them up

If your needing/wanting x over spend the money and get solid rods, and 80 series ends, or youll end up like me driving it home with cockeyed steering, or worseee.

You need

80series pitman arm
Double arm 2 std arms welded together one upside down
Custom arm from pitman to pass double arm
You can use your existing tierod but you'll bend it if you hit it or sit the trucks weight on it, id suggest getting a solid one, and use 80series rod ends on all 4 links.
