Heyy guys im thinking about diong a tray cut on my single cab luxy and im just wondering what is the best way to go about doing it and how far i can go back thx

I wouldnt cut it any shorter than the end of the chassis rails, you can cut down the chassis a little so long as you weld in a new x member.

I cut mine so it finishes at the same lenth as the chassis rails. If it is your daily driver or still used on the road I wouldn't touch the chassis.

mine had a cut chassis when i bought it, i asked the mob who were doing the roadworthy for me and a heap of other places around town just to make sure and they all said it was fine passed the roadworthy easy as
