Brakes jamming on on GQ ute

My cousin has a 90 model gq ute and the left hand caliper keeps jamming on after driving and using the brakes for a while fitted a new caliper and it was ok for a while then done it again anyone got any ideas cheers

Pretty common problem with the GQ.

gotta make sure you get all the mud out of the brakes after wheeling.

Also decent brake fluid will help to keep the seals from going hard.

Rubber caliper hose probably needs to be changed.

He hasnt been in any mud or anything so ill try the rubber line it is like it is slowly building up pressure then the fluid cant return for some reason have to look into it abit further

your brake pads maybe contaminated, may have oil or brake fluid on your actual pads, this has happened to me on a hilux after the wheel bearings carked it n diff oil got all through my brakes..
young and doesnt know any better, thats my excuse any way.

Sounds like there is a bit of gunk in the line some where. Preventing the fluid from returning to the brake res.
Maybe changing the fluid might fix it. Or it might just move it to another spot.
