Has anybody ever played with these??? The Transfer Case is a Borg Warner. The actuator seems to be a stepper motor with a dicky sensor setup to tell the computer what position it's in...gimme a manual system any day!
Anyway, with the actuator removed, you can manually turn the shaft on the TX case from high to low ratio, but the actuator will only move thru about 20 degrees when it SHOULD move thru abt 270 deg.....any ideas???

Hi I am new to the forum and have a similar problem
I recently purchased a Korando. Both 4H & 4L dash lights are on all the time and whilst they are on 4 wheel drive cannot be selected.
Has anyone experienced this before? The dealer I bought it from has no clue. I live in Perth and if anyone knows of a SsangYong specialist service centre, I would appreciate the help.
Cheers
