timing belt

Post by jhmuzza »

does anyone reckon that if the timing belt rips the teeth off between the fuel pump and the crank that their is a major problem or just a matter off putting on a new belt.the motor still winds over and it dosen't seem like any thing is locked up

What sort of motor.

Some are designed that the piston will not impact the valves and some will.
