GQ 355 Stroker

Hey my mate has a GQ 355 stroker gas/petrol, wanting to do custom air box and snorkel. there seems to be bugger all room under there to put air box have tryed gu one but to big, and 2nd battery seems to be in the way. any one have any idears. any help would be graet

photos of the bay would help.

In a truck i used to have which had a supercharger where the air box would normally sit. there was no room for an air box so the PO satisfied the need for filtration with a pod on the end of the snorkle.

not ideal but might be one solution.

u could try running a vl commodore air box just because there smaller and filters for them are cheap

yea they should do ive seen them run on turbo gqs before just gotta make sure u seal them up properly for your snorkle

im running the same just injected. i had to move the battrey to the back and make a big custom air box in that space with 4'' snorkel. the last thing u wont is a fillter all ready on the small then half full of dust

I just used the pre cleaner out of a diesel GQ only had to move the charcoal canister.
