(NSW) Powerful 4x4 Australian Masters series rd 2

Post by 4x4 Masters »

Saturday 24th of April 2010, Midday start

Well its on again, but this time its under lights. With the first round run and won, it is now time to put those strategies into place for the remaining rounds and make up some points to catch the top teams.
Lessons were learnt on the first round and the second will be awesome, we will be starting competition at midday and finishing up late into the night.
So get those entries in early for your club, clubs may enter 2 teams for round 2 if they wish.
We will try to have the bikes back for round 2 as they where great.
We are also looking at getting another form of vehicle out there as a mini comp within the comp, stay tuned.
There will be another scrutineering day two weeks out from the event and another marshal training night. If you would like to attend marshal training as an individual you are more than welcome to attend.
All entry prices for competitors and spectators are on the website www.4x4masters.com.au

Looks like i'll be there again Tiny, allredy have rock lights on + front and rear spotties.

Will there be any track changes at all ?

Is the tyre size still being changed to allow for wider tyre's ?

Does the navi still have to drive a course ?

Do you's really have to penalise for being to far in front of a team mate ? "fun police"

How's it all hotting up for the team at 4x4 Masters?!

I bet all the competitors are really feeling the pump at the moment!
No doubt many a competitor is still the shed right at the moment busily creating the latest mod for their rig for next weekends spectacular!!

Also being from the far north we haven't seen anything... but is it true that there has been some strong advertising for the second round? Especialy with Powerful 4x4 onboard it looks like it's gonna be a huge event!!!

The Team here at Offroad Cartel Clothing Co. will be on the road again on the long trek south! The offroad competition scene calling with bliss and excitement! We're keen to get amungst it again!
We will be there with all the usual gear and hopefully if we're really lucky a few new products!
But even if you aren't cashed up to jump into the latest in Offroad Casual wear, come by the stand, make yourself known and talk some smack with us! We're always keen for a chat and to hear what the offroad community in another state is up too!
We'll have the usual assortment of DVD's cranked up for your viewing pleasure (only in breaks from the Masters action of course!)

Again we can't wait to meet the NSW offroad community and check out this inovative location/competition!

Catch you all down there!
And good luck to all the competitors, both at the competition and in the lead up too!

Bring it AWN   yes, the biys have some marketing that will hit very soon so I have being told. We have been out there all weekend making some changes.

Changes to the courses have been very minimal althoug there is changes to how they are running so you will be hitting various obsticles in different directions etc and with holes dug here and there and dirt added in others as well as bunting and line changes it will make for some good changes for the competitors.

Course 6 may only be run after dark to add a different element to it as this course will be kept dark the rest will have lighting, this should look awsome and give spectators a good reason to make the trek to that side of the hill

The bikes are coming back and I have being led to beleive they may even be running a comp on there own so this could see some even more impressive stunts for the mad buggers :D

I am also told there will be a couple of buggies making an apearence to put on a bit of a show and keep the action going.

I am sooooooo friggen pumped
