i am looking at putting a 302 windsor in my patrol dose any one know any one that has done this or knows if they make the kit.And dose any one know if the clevo has the same bolt pattern as the windsor thanks luke.
Ive just finished puting one in mine i used a dellow kit it was realy good
apart from the clutch slave didnt bolt up i had to drill the bellhouseing to move it back a bit. as for the fit i used a el xr8 engine and the power steering and a/c didn't fit they hit the chassis.i had to use a modified F150 p/s and a/c bracket. and clevo don't fit you have to flog the fire wall to clear the head. any other questions just ask mate.

Plus its a shitload easier to replace a micro-v (serpentine) belt if it snaps, and there's only one belt, not three.v8maverick wrote:I thought about doing the swap back to a vee belt but wanted to keep the flat belt and i had already bought new water pump and idlers and alternater before i new it dadn't fit.hahaha stupid me should always dummy fit everything.
