Hay all how the hell do you take the suckers out (front shackles) i know you undo the nuts but these things are really in there!!!!! any help

ANSWER is BFH and jack up you chasis to allow springs to droop down allowing them to drop down 
Lockers or Knockers ,both will make for fun.
