turbo timer

Post by mortaygo »

I have a 2.8 TD Rodeo 2002, it has done 150ks and doesn't have a turbo timer. I am a bit anal about letting it idle for a bit after pulling up. My question is are they a good idea and if so what model is best?

They are a good idea, they reckon that ya dont need them if your bus is intercooled, but a timer cant hurt. bogaard timers are the best and aus made

i don't know much about intercooled 4x4's but i used to have a VL turbo with an RB30 in it (same as some patrols)... and a turbo time is needed in almost any turbo car.

its a cheap addition to the car and will save you from damaging your turbo..

i might have one laying around my house if you want?
