I own a 2004 Nissan Navara STR Turbo ZD3 twin cab and I am looking at doing an engine transplant.
The research I have done to date has me leaning towards a Holden Ecotec V6 (supercharged) with auto tranny. Marks 4X4 and V6 Conversions do kits for this transplant. I have been told that this engine will give me 195kw. Does anyone know if this is correct?
Also has any member done, or know of someone who has done such a transplant? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Navara Engine Sawp
i don't know of anyone who has done one.
however i suggest you start with the petrol version or at least change over the diffs/axles. the ZD30 powered models have the small C200 and 180 diffs. the petrol version have the bigger h223 (i think it is).
they come out overseas with a supercharged version of the nissan v6 which might be a cheaper way of getting your power.
