swb doors fit lwb?

Post by angus350 »

hey i have just brought a 86 lwb sierra with the 1.3 in it but i has a fair bit of rust in the bottom of the doors and rather then fixing them it will probabley be easier finding some with no rust.

my question is , will doors off say a newer model swb bolt stragiht on ? and same as for bonnet and tailgate ?

cheers

benn

and sorry if its been asked before but i had a quick look but couldnt find anything.

All sierra doors are the same.

Small differences:
Some drover doors are half doors with a soft window.
All coily doors have a side impact protection bar intergrated into the door for later spec rulings.

Your model Lwb is an Definate NT.

The Genuine Jap Suzuki LWB WT models came out in 88'

Then the run was only short before they imported the Maruti Lwb made as a NT again from India, Then later they went WT again.

Confused?
