Ask NSW RTA.
No legally binding comments about this can be made by anyone else.
It eventually has to go over the pits, so you might as well ask the people that really matter. Engineers will give you guidance only.

George Carlin, an American Comedian said; "Think of how stupid the average person is, and realise that half of them are stupider than that".

If say you ask the nsw RTA and they say yes it can be engineered and when it comes down to the crunch and you get it installed only to find out its not engineerable can you hold the RTA to their word?
Speak to the engineer first The engineer will be the one to tell the RTA whether the car is legal or not.wardy1 wrote:slight Hijack :oDAMKIA wrote:Ask NSW RTA.

cmon guys this was slightly funny 2 months ago in chit chat, do we really need every second thread hijacked with this crap????
to answer the OP in nsw there is every chance that the kit COULD be engineered. Best to find a local engineer or one you would be willing to travel to and take the info to them and ask the question. bear in mind changes in track, overall tyre size changes over size on the placard etc, basically get a complete plan of what you want and take it to someone
