clicking sound

Post by toy090 »

I went bush during the long weekend to do some hunting and fishing . I had to use 4wd drive in certain spots. Now when I was going uphill engaged in 4wd there was a loud clicking sound coming from the front left hand side wheel. It does not make a sound when driving normally. I have not had time to have a look under the car as I'm back at work. Can someone give an idea or help. The car is a 1990 toyota hilux xtracab rn106 petrol.
thanks
