Unreal, can't wait for this one again :)

This is a top event for the girls, especially if you are fairly new to the whole scene. The support that you are given is very comforting.
Last year the chics were able to have a mentor to give them advice and put them at ease, what a great way to encourage the chics and foster the growth of the sport for the fairer sex.

PS the tracks were unreal, and the people we met were better

So come on girls, make the effort and come along for a top weekend

Sad to say but for the first time since 2004 the 40 will not be there, 6 straight Vic winches however is not a bad effort.

Two top 10 finishes 2005,2008
Best Carbi Car 2005
A few medals to boot for second and thirds stage places.
Most of all great memories, so if you have not done one or been to watch get out there and join in, you won't be disappointed.

The 40 will be heading state side around that time for a 6000 mile holiday, as I'm driving from Exeter in LA to Tok in Alaska Via Vagas and from Tok I then have an 8 day expedition at the Alaskan LandCruiser Trek 2010.

HEHEHEHE no Nssans here  just Polar bears  and they don't come rum injected :bad-words:

For those who are joining the CCDA today it would be helpful if you could come with your form already filled in and with correct money.

The CCDA has advised me that we cannot take credit card payments so cash or cheque only.

Thanks

Young bloke and i went for day Sat we caught up with a lot of old faces. All the normal thrills and spills. only know of a full roll over Friday night, landed on his wheels and completed stage and was still competing hard Sat. Red 80 dual cab had a lay down then all the normal breakages. There was quite a few girls competing this year. Event seemed to be running slow and somtimes quite a bit of time between cars to see.

We very much enjoyed our day cheers Daz

Well done to Leesa and Emily in the chick winch you girls surprised the hell out of me on what you's actually did you's drove and navigated excellent considering the fact you's only learn't to do this 4 weeks ago.
Especially thank you Hodgy for letting Leesa use the car.

Also well done to Mitch and Cheese for second place you boys did well. Awesome to see SILK RACING on the podium for the first time.

Thanks from Clint
