Spraying inside Chassis Rails

Can anyone suggest an efficient way to spray the inside of chassis rails to get effective coverage of products like lanolin and body deadener? It is always an are I find hard to ensure it is 100% done.

A degreaser type gun with a length of hose fitted.
In the end of the hose drill 5 or 6 holes and plug the end, this will make it spray in all directions. Works for me. :D

Buy a rust proofing / stone guard gun as they have the attachment to do that. It's a long hose with a brass fitting which has a heap of little holes in it. There only about $30.
