Er have to dig the archives when my dad used this for hardcore offroading. And run to my friends place to scan the pics.
Will try to get them soon. But i'm sadly lacking in suspension articulation type of pictures though i'm convinced it is reasonably good.

Well this is my current spec- though almost all the mods been done up some 15 years ago. The only thing missing in the pics are the Simex Extreme Trekkers. The pics were taken on 235/70 R15 Bridgestone A/T.
They suck big time on mud(the pics u are looking at are acutally F1 slicks). but surprisingly suite pretty well on trial kind of terrains which big rocky bolders where suspension articulation matters.
Engine:

Amazing GTR, you have the fourth Detriot Locker fitted to a Rocky that I have found in the world. Not many round.

My car is really no big deal. Though i agree with u that i too havent come across a Rocky with a Detroit Locker at all. Come to think of it probably my Rocky is the 1st Detroit locker equiped offroader in Malaysia.

Btw why i said my Rocky is no big deal is coz recently i believe there are a few Daihatsu Rockys fitted with Volvo C303 Portal axles and that comes standard with lockers front and rear.
Check this out:

Oh btw its from Malaysia.

why call me GTR?

hmmm. GTR = skyline rb26dett 4wd 4ws absolute road bullet!!!(R32 R33R34)
GTiR = sr20det quad throttle body 4wd pulsar with
with too much weight bias over front wheels.

Though both are awesome cars.

Sob sob sob, my car is nose heavy..........
Wait wait, next time i'll lock my ATTESA transmission into rwd.
Then we will see if it understeers or not.
Getting my castor/ anti lift kits and rear 22mm anti roll bar from Whiteline now.
My chassis just finished seamwelding and now getting a rear strut bar fabricated.
Now what i want is a bumpsteer kit.

Heck what i want a a Holden Monaroe HSV then i can go drifting and dragging.

Coming from someone who has expreience with holden ( i work for em), they realy not that good at drift and drag, seeeing as you already got a nice nissan, just add to the stable with RPS13 180sx. Much better drift setup in chassis, better control. Those whiteline kits are pretty good too for ya cvar, give a much more neutral handling, dial out the understeer pretty well. from memory i think weight ratio in ya pulsar is about 63:37 front too rear. Still awesome car though (goes green with envy)
layto....

Thanks mate, but unfortunately it is still not a rwd and understeers worse than my Rocky ROFL..... The Rocky can drift on gravel in 2wd thanks to the lockers. Yeah.........
I hope the Whiteline would help but then again it is still the general physics of the car plus i dont have a 2way lsd for the rear. Better still if there were such thing as an ATTESA ETS PRO system for my silly car as installed in the Group A rally GTi-Rs.
ARGh i wonder what else i can do to get rid of my understeer.
I would love to get a 180sx or an AE86 or an S15 or a Skyline GTS but unfortunately of late they are overpriced thanks to the Initial D craze. Sigh..... I want a DRFT car.....

Well i guess the Holdens or any of the brutish V8s might not be that appealing for drifting or draggin is coz i assume they are big and bulky. But it still appeals to me coz i have always wanted some big mutha pushrod v8 no less than 351 cubic inch and a big tripple throttle hat sticking out of the bonnet and ramming down air into some mutha supercharger.
I guess its because cars like what i mentioned are non existent in Malaysia as the tax structure is based on CC and it is not linear. Hence no big big V8s sigh....... Turbo charged cars are very popular here but like i believe there aint no replacement for displacement. Turbo cars are fun but it is too much of an on off switch. Oh well. Enough ramblings on my part.
But talking about adding another Nissan to the stable, i would love to own 1 particular Nissan- 240RS. Yummy.

big brutish V8, you would have loved the car i was lookin at the other day at work. VX wagon (commadore) genIII 5.7L supercharged. Was very nice, with huge front mount and all the bling bits, apparently it went 'alright'
layto....
p.s. i got an article on the whiteline kit fir a GTiR if ya want i could scan and mail it to ya.

Hey thanks for the article but i've probably read it.
Anyway i've got bad new regarding my rocky.
Its out of commission.
Steering, rims, wheels and shockers, front body panels kaput.
Met with an accident.
Sigh.
Thank god i didnt crash into any car as some one pushed me off into the opposite traffic. INTENTIONALLY and PURPOSELY.
I pray and am thankful to god for i cannot imagine the repurcussion if today the inevitable happened where i crash head on into opposing traffic and test out the ladder frame chassis and the 6 point roll cage. Certainly not very nice.

I'm still in 1 piece and thankfully didnt crash head on into the opposing traffic considering the amount of traffic i went through on the wrong lane.

Basically it was a hit and run incident. Though the guy who shoved me off had the cheek to walk to my car and laugh. I didnt dare get out of the car as they were 3 big size, bouncer type of ppl.

Some guy pushed me off the road. Somehow there was a motive behind it and the way he tried to push me off the road. He purposely aimed for the right rear bumper, leave spring shackle. And kept it going.
ARGH........

Damn now where to get replacement rims- sigh i doubt i'll able to replace the Enkei rims. I need to get the shockers. The hardest bit is to trace and replace the steering fault as my steering wheel jamed after i lost control of the rig. Basically i was passenger after my steering wheel got totally jammed after i had a heavy graze with the concrete barrier.
I estimate the work involve to get the car going again should be straight forward providing i can source the parts for the car.

Btw body damage is minimal except that my bull bar that protect the lights abit bent. My front bumper is mangled. Side fender needs some panel beating. Well hopefully thats all to it.
Cant claim insurance as i didnt make a police report as the culprit ran away and anyway if i still place a report would put me in a disadvantage and revoke my license considering i'm still on Probationary.
Oh this FCUKING SUKS big time.
ARGH.........
