Well what to say about Clarky's legends of lowmead....   . Top shit :D . Finished the middy at 1 o'clock the night before (minus an exhaust, woulda shamed a massy ferguson that noise  ). "Katuh racing" and "Gonado" would like to say a big thank you and congratulations on a top event to Troy and his whole team. And clarky for the use of his pristine land. Everything was smooth and was extremely enjoyable we had an absolute blast. I would also like to thank Beatle for doing a bang on job as my navi. And Lance for letting me sit in the passenger seat of the outright winner car YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWW. Also would like to thank everyone else who filled out the competition field, i hope you had as much fun as we did. And i must say i'm extremely happy to have taken out 4th place in mod class and 10th outright in my first ever competition. And in a car i hadnt cornered till that first left hander . Single locked and no seat time good for fourth place :D . Damage report- me, 2 pucked rims and a bent front lower control arm (apparently if you bend something and push it straight it won't hold). Lance, one slightly bent rim and a little more rear quarter damage (can't tell the difference  ) Beatle, one destroyed rear tail shaft, and some very abused air leakers. Can't wait for round 2 of the series troy :D .

Bloody awsome night ended up smashing the transfer case crossmember up and the gearbox put two dints in the tunnel on the first run in the lux which made for a very noisy drive back to bundy. but im definiatly up for it next time. A huge thanks to troy and all the guys who set it up

Wow what an awesome event. It was great to see so many people come out and support a new local event (one that we hope will become an annual event).Congrats to all competitors and event organisers including all the marshalls and people who worked tirelessly behind the scene's.Its good to see everyone gettin' out there and giving it a go.So if you would like to keep an eye on the Gladstone 4WD club website Gladstone4wdclub.com.au for updates on photos and video's as they come rolling in. If you have any good pics or video footage of the event feel free to forward them on to get placed on our website. Here's one of many pics from the week-end that we took.....bit of a teaser.

What a bang on weekend... Was def very glad we made the trip down, its always good to see a different style of event get started in the CQ area... I deadset reckon CQ is the offroading capital of aus, more events with stronger fields and bigger crowds are happing here in what seems like every other weekend (and in this case every weekend).

First off congrats to the entire field of competitors you guys were awesome to deal with and put on an amazing spectial for the crowd of bikes to see that 4wding can be an exciting sport as well... The crowd def didnt dwindle when the bikes started there barrel racing..

Second, Thankyou to all the marshalls and people that put the course together and kept the action flowing, there was never much of a delay inbetween cars being on track, which doesnt happen at every event and its because of you guys and you def deserve a massive pat on the back for you work behind the sceens on the day..

And Finally to Troy, congrats on having a vision and bringing it to life, i hope this becomes and anual event... Im sure it will be... Offroad Cartel will def be back next year...

Cheers
