There is sweet FA out there about this anymore. I have contacted a few VERY old contacts on Zukiworld and Zuwharrie to try and get some answers, but I'm not holding my breathe.

Alternately, I have installed this kit once before, so I may be able to reproduce the kit if need be.

I got into contact with the Zukiworld guy last week that makes the kit.
Is your truck road legal?
for the hilux CV's you need to widen your front end by relocating the rear mount holes on the front A-arms. and then buy the zuk/hilux spacer adaptor off the guy in the states, you need to clearance the spindle aswell to fit the hilux cvs. I was going to do it with my calmini kit + anvil with steel 3rd, but it still needed widening and the stub shaft to bt cut, with zuk/lux adaptor put in the orginals place. what extra work you need to do with standard arms im not sure, as I only got info on my situation.
basically its alot of work, and only really needed for 33s+. with the new dif you would be better converting the driverside to a 3bolt cv, then changing the cv on trail only takes 5mins.
