who is best to talk to about portals and 44's

Post by Punchy »

Im planning to mod my 45 a fair bit in the future. Buts its all forward planning atm

I tried selling it and didnt have any luck trying to do that so i've decided to keep it for a bit and go nuts on it for fun..

Im looking at putting 404 portals on and 44's on it coilys conversion etc etc so basicaly going nuts on it..
It will need be a multi task unit...general rock hopping and something i can load up with cannons and take some friends through the bush and find critters to smack.

But whos best to get in contact with for the portals now days..and some rubber to go with it ?..just not sure if im going to bother with dual steer axles tho.. although if there is not much price difference i may just do that.

Possibly Pete from OPW, if he doesnt have them, my guess would be he would know who to ask.

Well for 44s, Ryano at Fourbys is the man to speak with.
everyone knows this!!

you want to just buy the portals or have them fitted etc?
cant you just shop online and buy them yourself?

talk to Ryano about the 404 mogs while you grab the set of 44 TSL's & Boggers he has sitting there.
Otherwise Tractivforce. Think it is Scott from memory. They competed in TTC this year (white & grey camo 404 Unimog), they took Sam's spot

...unless you are looking for portal axles, then that is not the way.

What do these have to do with portals?
