2 questions about my bj40

Post by 4x4joel4x4 »

1st question, the when i start the bj in the morning it will die unless i pump the accelerator and clear out the smoke it takes around 3 seconds of holding down the accelerator to clear it out.... the car drives like a dream once going harldy any smoke if any. but is this smoke in the morning a bad sighn or is it just normal for a 30 year old D car,

2nd question i do alot of swampin and also hill climbs, now the bj has performed so good so far but i am thinking of doing a soa conversion on it just mainly as i love the way it looks. has any one done this? and can tyou tell me if this has made it more unstable as in to tall for the swb? i dont want to roll it.

thanks chaps
