to my understanding, no , however there is model numbers on the boxes in general.. h151 etc stuff like that.
also internal ratios change between the various engines. ( 1hz, 3f, 1hdt etc etc )
Bell housing also change to suit the engine

what has it blown? if you get the parts, you can do it yourself for quite a bit cheaper.

i thought my h55f that backs my 2h was gone(turned out to be the diff had blown massively) seals and bearing come to just over 800, (kit had seals bearings a shaft and gaskets) that was for both transfer and gearbox, so if the 3f in the 80 didnt use the h55f and same transfer as the 89 75/60s, you might not have to replace the transfer stuff, and there fore cheaper, gearbox kit was just over 400, the transfer was under 400.

that was from terrain tamer, they said that syncros dont cost to much, and i have been told if you need gear sets to go to the wreckers they usualy split them up and keep them, and they arent to exy either

The FJ80 had the H150F gearbox, just like the HZJ80's, but the bellhousing will be different and possibly the imput shaft too.

FZJ80 and HDJ80 had the H151F, only difference is that ratios of first and 2nd gears respectively were taller than the H150F, and the input shaft is bigger.

No 80 series had the H55F.

The input shaft is shorter on a 3f and the bell is shallower....so to get a 1hz fz hdt infront is a PITA not to mention each have a different spline to the 3f (which is thesame as holden v8), to change the input shaft, the whole box has to come appart, you could possibly space the bell or box to correct the length issue and find a clutch plate suitable for new spline and clutch plate OD, but it is a lot of hit and miss...
