so i want to make a console no probs i can see where i mount to the front but cant find a spot for the rear. any help please!!!!!!!!! its a 92 hilux single cab

Hi,is it a across the windscreen type or a centre type if it's the centre like i think your talking about it the rear mounts where the interior light goes and the light is mounted in the console, if it's across the windscreen type teir should be some brackets that mount where the sun visor go.hope this helps Alby

nah its the middle and my interior light is in conjuction with the rear view mirror. but thanks anyway may have to do a cut and prod to see if any hole there

This is how i did mine

Just used the original mounting at the front from the rear vision mirror, and a 3 good screews in the back, never had any dramas with it.
