Depends on what sort of work you are doing but Exedy for sure, spend a few extra bucks and get heavy duty, even for normal type use. If you want bullet proof go for the Safari Tuff Clutch and it'll probably last you forever.

I used a heavy duty one from here http://catalogue.xtremeclutch.com.au/catalogue.htm for my TD patrol and I've had no dramas after approx 10k klms.
Exedy part no. should be C6830HD should pay around the $650 mark, c6830st for Safari Tuff around $850.

I have a chev clutch in my GU 4.2 modded diesel about 180rwkw... I had rohan fit this clutch from can do automotive in lillydale wasnt cheap but, its the same clutch he has in LS2 supercharged GQ.
I might add, doesn't feel much different to the all terrain clutch however doesn't slip.
The all terrain clutch couldn't handle the power even though it had meat on it, was still slipping due to the torque, i looked at all brands exceed, safari they wont last and cant handle the power. Only other option is a button clutch and I didnt want that.
Cost for clutch and fitting was about $1400 well worth the money, I turn 35's on my gu and no slippage love the clutch and I drive city traffic and its also great in the bush... If you want piece of mind I would consider this clutch..

X2 over 70,000km of work, never slipped.351ciofgrunt wrote:4Terrain in mine and I give it a hiding, never slipped.
i have a mate with a 160rwkw td42 and his exedy tuff clutch wore out before a set of 33 mickey t claws. ALOT of abuse though.
arent they putting isuzu truck clutches into the really big HP one these days?
GU td42 ute with go fast bits and go futher bits
4 Terrain wont suit the power, so I dont know where you can go saying that these handle power, They dont. they may seem like they have however once you put something decent you will realise how much they slip...351ciofgrunt wrote:4Terrain in mine and I give it a hiding, never slipped.

Ring Nicks Performance Clutches, thats who does them.dano80 wrote:Theres a guy in Brisbane who makes custom clutches with bits of Dodge Viper clutches, Some Isuzu truck clutch parts and the like, can't recall his business name, but there was a thread on here a little while ago.
Cheers, Dan.
Just fitted a IZUZU one that he does to my high powered GUIV and its awsome, we run the dodge viper style in our comp truck with 700NM and that is great as well.
Thes eclutches are far tougher than the common off the shelf items.
I have been running Dougs Isuzu clutch for 5 years in a mildly worked TD42T, it will turn 37" MTR's with 4.11 gears. I have used 3 of these so far, (in different vehicles) great clutch for the money. I have got a VIPER clutch now because of the new motor putting out too much torque for the truck clutch.UGOTNUFN wrote:Ring Nicks Performance Clutches, thats who does them.dano80 wrote:Theres a guy in Brisbane who makes custom clutches with bits of Dodge Viper clutches, Some Isuzu truck clutch parts and the like, can't recall his business name, but there was a thread on here a little while ago.

The viper clutch will require the flywheel to be re-drilled, the Isuzu truck clutch is a direct bolt on.
Sounds like David, he sorted me out with a custom flywheel and Dodge viper clutch, for my tb48 engine.
