I have 6.5:1 gearing in my tranny and when im driving around in low range it pops back into netrual, just wondering if there is anything i can do to stop this or if its happens to anyone else?

The first thing to do is to ensure the lever isn't hitting the floor or is too tight against the rubber boot. Remove the boot and take it for a drive. I'll almost promise it won't jump out of gear. (assuming the body isn't pushing on the lever.

I just put a transfer lever kit through mine and it engages a lot more convincingly now. The kit comes with a bush the lever sits into, a new rubber boot and retaining ring and 2 replacement ball bearings and springs (used to hold the internal shifting shaft into position, and the spring is longer so it holds tighter) and a new plug (that holds the new spring and ball bearing, and it too is longer so it holds it better)

You could also have a bent long side transfer case arm given you have gears in the case. Eyeball the longside mount and see if its twisted and bent.
