Cabstar gearbox into GQ 5 speed for better crawl ratio

Anyone know if this is even possible, want to bolt a cabstar 5 speed up to a TD42T and have it be super reliable, 4x4 and have the deep ratios.

It was mentioned in passing in this thread:

nah, im 99% sure they are a direct bolt up to a MQ. same box as MQ apparently.

havent seen it done, heard about it ages ago.

Get in touch with marks adapters I'm pretty sure they made an adapter for the box to a Xflow in an MQ ........ could be wrong though.

You could get a mid 90s model with a TD42, so it must bolt up to GQ right?
hands and mums dont count!!!
