Flashing Headlight When Spotties are on... any ideas?

Just noticed the other day that when i switch my high beams and spotties on the passenger side headlight will randomly flash on and off..... any ideas what would cause this and how to fix it?

have you check the wiring it might be a lose earth wire

loose earth.. check the ground from your passenger side head light and you might find that its loosely secured, when it doesnt touch your headlights will flash..

I recently had this using a screw too small for the hole and it had worked loose, flashing people with my high beams as I drove.

Is the headlight a HID ? if so, low voltage to that balast.
