which gear oil for an FJ62?

hey all, yes I searched.
just wondering what brand&type of gear oil is recommended for the gbox, tcase and f&r diffs for an h55f '86 fj62?
is VMX-M ok?

I should add the box has done 370 thousand km and is on its last legs (whinign a bit) looking to make it last as long as possible.

Put the VMX-M in the box but just 80w90 is fine for the rest.

I've got the pipe between gbox and tcase, so I'll have to remove that?

No don't remove the balance pipe. Just pick an oil to use in both box and transfer. VMX-M is good stuff for the box and will be ok in your transfer too. Otherwise just use 80w90 all round.
