gu patrol engine change

Post by swainy04@bigpond.net.au »

Hi I am looking at buying a gu 2.8 and doing an engine change to a 4.2 diesel. I would like to know your thoughts on this and if it is worth it and what would be involved?

the 2.8 is probably the hardest vehicle to start with when going to TD42, very easy for BR25 mind you!

You will need to weld new engine mount supports onto the chassi also
