Let me start off by saying I'm about as spastic as they come when it comes to auto electrical.
My GQ has decided to through the following faults at me
Both headlights work fine on low beam
No RHS headlight on high beam (no is not a globe fault)
Dash lights work fine
Tail lights work fine
All fuses are good
IT IS JUST THE PARKERS AND RHS HIGH BEAM THAT DON'T WORK..........
Help a spastic out brother

It'll probably be the multi functional stalk thing on the rhs of the steering wheel. Fill it up with wd40 and see if that does the trick. My rhs high beam worked ok until the spots were switched on and then it went haywire. The wd40 worked ok and there's been no problems for a couple of years now. There were some threads on this a long time ago. Search and maybe they're still there.
A couple of things to check first.
Undo the screws holding in the front blinker parker lights, sometimes the wires get caught in between the light bodies and the car body and earth out.
Another thing to consider is if you have been using high wattage globes in your headlights without upgrading the wiring to the headlights. This happened to me when I was using 100/130W globes and over time it simply cooked the wiring to the lights, in my case it was the earth wire which couldn't take the current drag through it and it simply burnt out.

Arent they a 2 stage bulb ???
Can work fine on low beam, then not on high beam
Try another headlight from something else,that will ellimanted the light
Earth leads from headlights and indicators can develop rust and cause bad earths,just undo them from body and clean up with sandpaper
Go buy a voltmeter and learn how to use it
Ok well before posting this last night I changed the bulb for a brand new one and that didn't work so then I just checked all fuses, and unplugged them connections and plugged em back in with no result so then I posted this question.
And yes High Beam indicator on dash is working
Will look at it some more on the weekend

Yeah had a very similar issue with my headlights at one stage, i swapped bulbs and it still wouldn't work!
Not saying it's definately the combo stalk (one of my pet hates is people on forums saying "it's this!" without even seeing the car)
But i did find the contacts in my stalk were a bit corroded not allowing power to both bulbs.
