Strut Spacer Install

Post by antt »

Has anyone installed strut spacers before in their vitara? i got some from 12uke's old rig, but i'd like to know if there's any special tricks to doing it. or is it simply a case of drilling out the studs, whacking em in, then replacing the studs with bolts? :?

I made those strut spacers ;) you just need 3 bolts for the body end of the spacer and you use the origional studs and nuts on the mount.

thanks mate, i thought the studs were on the body, but seeing as they're on the mount, makes it very easy :D

Why use a spacer why not just flip the top strut mount?

Or have you already done that and still want more?
